Summer Yoga Retreat at Casa Nueva Luna Yoga, Almeria, Spain.

Casa Nueva Luna is nestled among the Andalusian mountains – 45 minutes from Almeria airport.  This stunningly remote and carefully restored pair of fincas sit amongst the almond and olive groves.  Owner, Susannah has created a beautiful boutique retreat run on solar and gas power with open fires, wood burners and an open air dining terrace. Accommodation is in double, twin or triple bedrooms.  Enjoy three sumptuous, freshly prepared organic veg/pescetarian meals a day – using local ingredients.. including almonds and olive oil harvested on the premises.   

 We will practice yoga Hatha/Vinyasa flow style twice daily with one evening free to allow for rest or day trip.  The 90 minute morning practice will be a deep and dynamic slow flow yoga form with attention to alignment along with flow of breath and movement, awakening body and mind.  The evening yoga will be more dynamic but also incoprating the delicious Yoga Nidra |(deep relaxation) and meditation.  We will practice  on the large, lush lawn surrounded by orange trees, the shady terrace or in the cool, purpose built studio, or as the sun goes down on the breathtakingly beautiful stone threshing circle or ‘era’ with panoramic views of the valley. Classes are suitable for all levels, even complete Beginners.  

 Cool off between yoga sessions in the amazing 20 metre sparkling pool, deep enough for diving or just simply laze around in the sunshine.   Ease any aches with holistic body massage to leave you floating on air.

 There are many walks around the Casa and day trips to local villages will be arranged including the artisan towns of Nijar and Sorbas with famous geological formations and the beach town of Mojacar with it’s eclectic flea market and Moorish fortress.
  
 COST: £500 and bring a friend for £450 – Includes 7 nights accomodation,  all yoga, 3 meals a day plus drinks and snacks and airport transfers for recommended flights.
