The style of yoga in all the classes is Hatha/Vinyasa Flow.

Ongoing Courses (no drop-ins, sorry) in Brixton and drop-in classes and courses in Leicester Square.

Level 1 Beginners
For absolute, non-bendy beginners. A good strong course with emphasis on building strength and flexibility. £75 for 8 weeks. THIS COURSE IS BOUND TO BE VERY POPULAR - SO PLEASE DO BOOK EARLY!
Level 2
For those who have completed a Beginners course or are familiar with Sun Salutations and can hold an unassisted Shoulderstand.  £75 for 8 weeks.
Level 2/3 - Intermediate
A dynamic course, perfect for students who have had over a year of regular practice or are familiar with half or full headstand. £75 for 8 weeks.
Pregnancy Yoga: suitable for those over 12 weeks
Practising yoga during pregnancy has many benefits: it can help develop a sense of well-being and balance during this exciting time of change.  It can also prevent and relieve many associated complaints.
Simple, adapted yoga postures, breath work and relaxation techniques can help prepare you emotionally and physically for labour and birth.  £85 for 8 weeks.

Pulross Intermediate Care Centre, 47a Pulross Road, Brixton, London SW9 8AE

Central to Clapham North, Clapham South, Stockwell and Brixton stations.

Pre booking and payment required for all courses - opportunities to make up for missed classes - see below. Early booking advised, especially for Beginners!

To book a place, send an email to helenknoxjohnston@yahoo.co.uk stating Level, day and time you are interested in and I will send you my bank details for payment.

The Magic of Yoga is unable to offer drop-in classes (except lunch time) and all classes must be made up within the 8 week block and cannot be carried over into a new course. 

MAKING UP FOR MISSED CLASSES:Once you have booked your course you may alternate between the other nights if for some reason you can not make your designated night due to work or social commitments. Similarly if you are on holidays for one or two weeks you then have the option of coming twice any week to make up your classes. The only restriction is that you make up your classes by the end of your 8 week block..

DIRECTIONS TO PULROSS CENTRE, BRIXTON:From Brixton tube cross the road and turn right past Marks and Spencer.  At 'Rest is Noise' bar (on your left), turn left into Ferndale Road, but don't follow Ferndale Road as it goes under a railway bridge, instead - keep going straight into Pulross Road.  You will pass 'Zaks Tyres' and a children's playground and games courts - keep going, right to the end of the road and then turn right into the gated entrance of Pulross Centre.  _____________________________________________________________
