To book a place, send an email to helenknoxjohnston@yahoo.co.uk stating day and time you are interested in and I will send you my bank details for payment. I regret I´m unable to offer drop-in classes and all classes must be made up within the 8 week block and cannot be carried over.

Level 1 Beginners:
Tuesday 8-9.15pm 6th July - 24th August
For absolute, non-bendy beginners. A good strong course with emphasis on building strength and flexibility. 72 pounds for 8 weeks.
Level 2:
Monday 6.30 - 8pm 5th July - 23rd August OR
Monday 8 - 9.30pm 5th July - 23rd August
For those who have have completed a Beginners course or are familiar with Sun Salutations and can hold an unassisted Shoulderstand. 72 pounds for 8 weeks.
Level 3 - Intermediate/Advanced:
Tuesday 6.30-8pm 6th July - 24th August
A dynamic course, perfect for students who are already familiar with holding advanced postures such as the headstand. 72 pounds for 8 weeks.

LUNCH TIME CLASSES - Open level - Ongoing 8 week courses: 50 pounds for once a week, 100 pounds for twice a week. 10 pounds drop in. Please contact me for further details.

DIRECTIONS TO PULROSS CENTRE, BRIXTON:
From Brixton tube cross the road and turn right past Marks and Spencer. At 'Rest is Noise' bar (on your left), turn left into Ferndale Road, but don't follow Ferndale Road as it goes under a railway bridge, instead - keep going straight into Pulross Road. You will pass Zaks tyres and a children's playground and games courts - keep going to the end of the road and then turn right into the gated entrance of Pulross Intermediate Care Centre.
MAKING UP FOR MISSED CLASSES:
Once you have booked your course you may alternate between the other nights if for some reason you can not make your designated night due to work or social commitments. Similarly if you are on holidays for one or two weeks you then have the option of coming twice any week to make up your classes. The only restriction is that you make up your classes by the end of your 8 week block..

The style of yoga in all the classes is broadly Hatha but as I´ve been teaching for a while now, I tend to incorporate many different styles into my classes.
